ALCY Education Solutions, LLC (ALCY Ed.) was established in 2017 by Managing Principal Jacqueline Johnson. The focus of ALCY Ed. is strategic visioning and targeted on-going support for schools, instructional leaders, and teachers, for the purpose of creating free-thinking citizens through our public school pipeline. ALCY Ed. was named in honor of Jacqueline’s Great-great grandmother, Alcy Mooney Bridges, who had no formal education but charged her family to use education as a vehicle to advance each generation and create legacy.

Jacqueline Johnson began her teaching career in France after graduating from Spelman College with a B.S. in Physics. She later taught for two years in Prince George’s County Public Schools and 4 years in Baltimore City Public Schools. Jacqueline served as a Math Instructional Coach for two charter schools in Baltimore and DC. After she completed her M.S. in Educational Leadership at Johns Hopkins University she gave birth to her first son in March of 2017.
